77-Year-Old Krishnappa Beaten to Death in Road Rage Incident in Bengaluru

A 77-year-old man was tragically killed in a road rage incident in Bengaluru’s Palace Guttahalli area, according to a report by The Times of India. Initially, the police believed the man’s death to be accidental, but after reviewing CCTV footage, it was discovered that he had been beaten to death by another motorist.

The victim, identified as Krishnappa, had been riding his scooter on November 16 when he was struck by a biker named Sarfaraz Khan. Angered by the collision, Krishnappa shouted at Khan, who responded by brutally attacking him with a stone and punches to the face. Sadly, Krishnappa was found dead on the road. Because he was not wearing a helmet, the police initially registered his death as a road accident.

However, Krishnappa’s son, Satish Kumar, suspected foul play and decided to investigate further. He examined nearby CCTV footage and uncovered the shocking truth of the incident. The footage clearly showed an argument between his father and the accused, leading to the brutal assault. As a result, several cases were filed against Sarfaraz Khan.

According to the report, Khan is a bike mechanic who had recently moved from the Palace Guttahalli area. He frequently visits the area to socialize with friends and attend parties. In response to the incident, a senior police official stated that they would open a rowdy sheet on Khan, indicating that he would face serious legal consequences.

This tragic incident serves as a reminder of the dangers of road rage and the need for individuals to exercise restraint and patience while driving. The incident has sent shockwaves through the community, with many expressing their condolences to Krishnappa’s family. The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and authorities are working to bring the perpetrator to justice.
