21-year-old Arpankumar Patel from Ottawa tragically lost his life in a fatal accident yesterday evening. The incident occurred around 5:00pm on Illinois Route 71, just north of Norway. Patel’s northbound vehicle collided with a deer, resulting in the complete removal of the car’s roof. The impact was so severe that Patel did not survive the accident.
