Father Arrested for Killing 21-Year-Old David for Harassing Daughter

A man in Bengaluru has been arrested for allegedly killing a 21-year-old youth who was harassing his daughter. The victim, identified as David, was a resident of Wilson Garden and worked in the food delivery industry. The accused, Manjunath, worked as a cab driver and lived with his wife and three children in Anepalya.

According to reports, David was in a relationship with one of Manjunath’s daughters. When Manjunath discovered their relationship, he warned David and advised his daughter to end the connection. However, David allegedly continued to contact her and threatened to expose her private photos to her friends and family if she refused to stay in the relationship.

Upon learning about the threats, the daughter informed her father. On Monday, Manjunath arranged a meeting with David near Subbanna Garden. During an argument, a fight broke out and Manjunath attacked David with a knife, resulting in his death, as stated by the police.

The incident highlights the dangers and consequences of harassment and the lengths some individuals may go to protect their loved ones. While it is important to address and report any form of harassment, it is equally crucial to respect the boundaries and choices of others.
