Divide Man Ryan Girard Identified as Victim in Fatal Colorado Springs Motorcycle Crash

A man from Divide has been identified as the victim of a fatal motorcycle crash in Colorado Springs on November 12. Ryan Girard, aged 33, was traveling northbound on North Nevada Avenue when another vehicle turned left onto Mount View Lane, resulting in a collision. Initial investigations suggest that speed played a role in the accident.

Residents of Woodland Park can look forward to the Santa Run taking place from November 27 to 30, between the hours of 5 and 7 p.m. The Woodland Park Police Department will be accompanying Santa on his city tour this year, and residents are encouraged to listen for the sirens to know when Santa is approaching their neighborhood.
