Victims identified in southern Colorado shooting: Rob Geers, Beth Wade, and James Daulton

Three people have been killed and another injured in a shooting incident in southern Colorado. The attack is believed to have been sparked by a property dispute. The suspect, Hanme K. Clark, 45, was apprehended in New Mexico on Tuesday.

The victims have been identified as Rob Geers, Beth Wade, and James Daulton, with Patty Daulton being treated for her injuries at a trauma center. The shooting took place on Monday at approximately 1 p.m. MST in a wooded area northeast of Westcliffe.

According to Custer County Sheriff Rich Smith, Clark allegedly opened fire on five individuals. Two men and a woman were killed, while another woman sustained gunshot wounds but is expected to survive. A fifth person managed to escape.

Authorities say that Clark and one of the victims had been involved in a civil dispute over property lines. The motive for the attack appears to be related to this ongoing dispute.

Law enforcement agencies launched a manhunt for Clark following the shooting. He was arrested by New Mexico Police on Tuesday afternoon. Details about his arrest have not been disclosed.
