Two suspects have been arrested in Omaha, Nebraska for a racially motivated assault. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office stated that an adult Black male was physically assaulted and held against his will. OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) — The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) revealed on Tuesday that they have apprehended two suspects in connection with a racially motivated assault that occurred over the weekend. The incident occurred in the vicinity of 154th Street and Curtis Avenue, where deputies were called to respond to a report of an assault against an adult Black male.

According to the investigation carried out by the DCSO, the victim was not only physically assaulted but also held against his will. The authorities have further determined that the assault was racially motivated and aggravated by terroristic threats made using a replica firearm.
