Birmingham police have arrested a 41-year-old man in connection with the fatal shooting of a cyclist. The suspect, Bradley Davis, was taken into custody on August 31st and is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail. Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered 41-year-old Frederick Berry Jr., who had been riding his bike at the time of the incident, lying in the road with a gunshot wound. Berry was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

After an extensive investigation, 41-year-old Bradley Davis was identified as a suspect in the case. On Thursday, August 31st, Davis was apprehended and taken into custody by Birmingham police.
