The incident began when a man reported to the police that his car had been hit by a hit-and-run suspect, and he began following the suspect.

At approximately 6 p.m., officers successfully located both individuals involved in the incident and pulled over the suspect’s vehicle. However, upon exiting his vehicle, Fisher allegedly charged at the officers. The Simi Valley Police Department (SVPD) stated that the officers were able to restrain Fisher and took him into custody.
Further investigation revealed that Fisher and the victim had engaged in an argument in the parking lot of Albertsons grocery store on Madera Road. The SVPD statement disclosed that during the altercation, Fisher deliberately stopped his vehicle in front of the victim’s car and then reversed, intentionally colliding with the front of the victim’s vehicle. Fisher then fled the scene, prompting the victim to follow him and contact the police.
During the pursuit, Fisher reportedly pulled up next to the victim’s vehicle and made threats to kill him. As a result, Fisher has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon, making criminal threats, and resisting arrest.
