Obituary – Death – Cause of death News : A tragic two-vehicle crash on the Adirondack Northway has left a young woman dead after her car rolled multiple times. The incident took place in Saratoga County on Tuesday, Oct. 1, around 4:50 p.m., just north of the Exit 14 off-ramp in Saratoga Springs. The driver, identified as 25-year-old Makenzie T. Minkler from Rensselaer, was fatally injured in the collision.

New York State police Trooper Stephanie O’Neil reported that one of the vehicles involved in the crash overturned, resulting in Minkler’s severe injuries. Despite being rushed to Saratoga Hospital, she tragically passed away shortly after. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.

Following the accident, the northbound Exit 14 off-ramp and the right lane of the Northway northbound were closed for approximately four hours to facilitate the investigation and collision reconstruction.
