In a tragic turn of events, the human remains found in Aliquippa last week have been identified as those of Ri’Kiah Griffie, a woman who went missing over a year ago. The body was discovered on April 18, and Pennsylvania State Police confirmed the identity through dental records.

A Heartbreaking Discovery

Family members, including Ri’Kiah’s aunt Allyssa Griffie and cousin Avonni Griffie, expressed their grief and shock at the news. Allyssa tearfully shared, “She laid here by herself, and we drove past her every day. Justice will be served for my cousin, whether it be by the law or the Lord.” Avonni added, “Whenever she went, her light shined brighter than anything. She touched so many people.”
