Tragic Accident Claims Lives of Two Indian Students in Arizona

Two young Indian students studying in the United States tragically lost their lives in a fatal traffic collision near Lake Pleasant in Arizona. The victims, identified as 19-year-old Nivesh Mukka and 19-year-old Goutham Parsi, were enrolled as international students.

Details of the Incident

The Peoria Police Department responded to the scene of the accident around 6:18 pm on April 20. The collision took place on Castle Hot Springs Road, just north of State Route 74. It involved two vehicles, a white 2024 Kia Forte and a red 2022 Ford F150.

Initial reports suggest that the driver of the red F150 was travelling southbound on Castle Hot Springs Road, while the white Kia Forte was heading northbound. The cause of the collision is still under investigation by the authorities.

Victims and Survivors

The red F150 had one occupant who sustained serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. The driver of the white Kia Forte also suffered serious injuries but has since been released from the hospital.

Tragically, the two other occupants of the Kia Forte, Nivesh Mukka and Goutham Parsi, succumbed to their injuries at the scene of the accident. The loss of these young lives has deeply affected the community and their loved ones.
