UNNAO: Three people lost their lives, and two others were injured in a tragic incident when two motorcycles collided on the Lucknow-Bangarmau road in the Hasanganj Kotwali area. The accident took place late on Monday night near Akbarpur village, according to the police.
Details of the Incident
The victims, identified as Harshvardhan Singh (20) from Hasnapur, Vimlesh Gautam (20) from Sherpur, and Rajkumar (25) from Lucknow, were rushed to the Hasanganj Community Health Centre. Unfortunately, they were declared dead upon arrival by SHO Chandrakant Mishra.
One of the injured individuals, Sachin from Shairpur police station in Hasanganj, received initial treatment at the health centre before being transferred to the Trauma Centre at King George Medical University in Lucknow for further medical attention. The other injured person, Vikas Saini alias Bunty from Hasnapur police station in Hasanganj, was taken to a private hospital in Mohan by his family. After receiving first aid, he was discharged, as confirmed by SHO Mishra.
Postmortem and Further Investigation
The bodies of the deceased have been sent for postmortem examination, and the authorities are conducting a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
