Tragic Incident at Kyrgyzstan Waterfall Claims Life of Andhra Pradesh Medical Student
A heartbreaking incident occurred at a picturesque waterfall in Kyrgyzstan, where a young medical student from Andhra Pradesh lost his life. Dasari Chandu, aged 20, tragically passed away after encountering an accident while visiting the waterfall with his university friends. Reports indicate that Chandu became trapped in snow at the waterfall, leading to the devastating outcome.
Chandu, a bright young student hailing from Madugula village in Anakapalli, had embarked on a journey to pursue his MBBS degree in Kyrgyzstan just a year ago. His dreams and aspirations were cut short in a moment of tragedy at the scenic waterfall.
Family’s Emotional Appeal for Assistance in Repatriating Chandu’s Body
Following the heartbreaking news of Chandu’s untimely demise, his family has made an emotional plea to the Indian government for assistance in repatriating his mortal remains. Anakapalli MP B. Venkata Satyavathi has taken up the matter with Union Minister for Tourism and Culture G. Kishan Reddy, who has promptly reached out to Indian embassy officials in Kyrgyzstan to ensure all possible assistance in bringing Chandu’s body back to India.
Tragic Collision Claims Lives of Two Telangana Students in Arizona, US
In a separate tragic incident near Lake Pleasant in Arizona, United States, two Indian students from Telangana lost their lives in a head-on collision. The victims, identified as 19-year-old Nivesh Mukka and 19-year-old Goutham Parsi, were international students enrolled at Arizona State University.
The fatal collision took place on Castle Hot Springs Road, just north of State Route 74, involving a white 2024 Kia Forte and a red 2022 Ford F150. Unfortunately, Mukka and Parsi succumbed to their injuries at the scene of the accident, while the driver of their vehicle was rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Condolences and Support Extended to Victims’ Families
The Peoria Police Department expressed their deepest condolences, stating, “Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, and everybody who rendered aid during this tragic incident.” Arizona State University also issued a statement, assuring that support is being provided to the student groups, friends, and roommates of the deceased through counselling services and housing representatives.
