Cornelius Devaughn Curry, aged 20, was taken into custody on April 18 on multiple charges, including aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during a crime, aggravated battery, and violating the state’s gang prevention act.

The GBI disclosed that Curry was the main suspect in a drive-by shooting that took place on West Whitmire Street in Toccoa on March 31.
