Details of the Lee County Homicide Case

In the small county of Lee, Texas, a tragic incident unfolded on March 5, when 36-year-old Carlos Ramone Greene was found dead on a residential property in Ledbetter. The Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call reporting a deceased person in the area, only to discover Greene with apparent gunshot wounds.

Suspects Arrested in Connection to the Murder

Following an intensive investigation, two suspects have been apprehended in connection to Greene’s murder. 18-year-old Jayden DAngelo Medearis and 27-year-old Atlantic Anthony Eredia-Johnson have been arrested for their alleged involvement in the crime. However, 19-year-old Tavion Malique Williams remains at large, with authorities urging anyone with information on his whereabouts to come forward.

Charges and Arrests

Medearis and Williams have been charged with capital murder, while Eredia-Johnson faces charges of murder and aggravated robbery. Medearis was located and arrested in Midland before being transported to the Lee County Jail, while Eredia-Johnson was found and arrested in Gonzales, where he remains in custody.
