A man from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, has been taken into custody following a shooting incident that took place over the weekend. The Hattiesburg Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 3800 block of West 4th Street around 1:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Details of the Incident
Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the shooting, but a vehicle was struck by two bullets. The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Tremaine Berry, was apprehended by HPD in connection to the incident. Berry now faces one count of aggravated assault for the use of a deadly weapon and has been placed in the Forrest County Adult Detention Center.
