Accident – Death – Obituary News : A tragic accident on the Puducherry-Tindivanam NH near Kiliyanur in Villupuram district has left three people dead and three others injured. The incident occurred when one car hit the median and collided head-on with another vehicle on Sunday.
The deceased have been identified as R Keerthi, 27, S Jadamanish, 28, and Palani. Keerthi and Jadamanish were returning to Hyderabad after visiting Puducherry, with driver Vijayakumar behind the wheel. As they were passing through Kiliyanur on Sunday morning, the driver swerved sharply to avoid a motorist, losing control of the vehicle. The car hit the median, veered into the opposite lane, and collided head-on with Palani’s car, resulting in the tragic deaths of Keerthi and Palani.
Three others, including the drivers, sustained injuries and were promptly taken to Tindivanam government general hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, Jadamanish succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
