On April 21, a heartbreaking discovery was made by the riverside at Pathso Nokeng village, Noklak. The body of a male, aged approximately 70-80 years old, was found in a tragic incident that has left the community in mourning.
Search for Missing Man Ends in Tragedy
According to reports from the deceased’s family, the victim, identified as Pusho, had gone to work in the field on April 19 but failed to return home. Concerned for his well-being, his wife set out to search for him on April 20.
After an unsuccessful search, she returned to the village, where villagers joined forces to comb the field on April 21 in the hopes of locating Pusho. It was during this search that the devastating discovery was made.
Body Found by Riverside
At around 3:00 pm that afternoon, the body of Pusho was found covered in mud by the riverside. The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, and the community is grappling with the shock and sadness of losing a beloved member.
As investigations continue into this tragic incident, the village of Pathso Nokeng and the wider Noklak community are coming together to support Pusho’s family during this difficult time.
