Accident – Death – Obituary News : Four people were tragically killed and five others were injured in a series of road accidents that took place in Jaipur over the weekend. The accidents occurred during the early hours of Sunday and late evening on Saturday, with three of them happening in the Accident (West) police station area.

One of the accidents involved a head-on collision between two cars at Khirni Phatak railway overbridge in Jhotwara, which resulted in the death of a 41-year-old woman named Bindu Kumawat. The collision occurred when a family of four, including a couple and their son and daughter-in-law, were returning home from a family function. The impact of the crash was so severe that the rear part of their car was completely damaged. The driver of the SUV involved in the collision managed to flee the scene.

In another incident that occurred around 10.30pm, a man on his bike was killed after being hit by an unidentified vehicle at Vishwakarma Road No. 17 area. The victim was identified as Hari Narayan through his documents and mobile phone.

Similarly, a head-on collision between two bikes at Tonk Phatak area late on Saturday evening resulted in the death of a 28-year-old man named Dharam Singh Meena. Meena, who was a resident of Bhusawar in Bharatpur, was a pillion rider on the bike and was in Jaipur preparing for competitive exams.

In yet another accident that took place at 2am on Sunday, a 30-year-old man named Shakti Singh was hit by an unidentified vehicle in Murlipura area. Despite being rushed to the hospital by locals, Singh was declared brought dead.

These tragic incidents serve as a grim reminder of the importance of road safety and responsible driving. It is crucial for all road users to follow traffic rules and regulations to prevent such devastating accidents from occurring.
