The Incident

The harrowing incident unfolded just after 1 am on April 14 when a man attempted to shoot his wife, Farah, in the arrival hall of KLIA Terminal 1. Farah, also known as Farah Cie, was waiting for clients returning from the umrah pilgrimage at the time.

The suspect, identified as 38-year-old Hafizul Harawi, fled the scene in his car following the incident. However, after a nationwide manhunt, he was apprehended in Kota Baru at 3 pm the following day. The swift action of law enforcement led to the arrest of the perpetrator.

As Along continues his recovery journey, the bravery he displayed in the face of danger has not gone unnoticed. The community is rallying behind him, wishing him a speedy and full recovery.
