Accident – Death – Obituary News : Jaipur: A tragic incident unfolded on Saturday in Dudu district on national highway (NH) 48, resulting in the loss of four lives. The accident occurred when an SUV, en route from Jaipur to Udaipur, veered out of control and collided with a bike before crashing into a parked trolley on the service road. The impact of the collision claimed the lives of all three occupants of the SUV and the bike rider.
According to Dudu circle inspector Indra Prakash Yadav, the ill-fated SUV was carrying three individuals from Jaipur to Udaipur. The fatal chain of events was set in motion when the vehicle swerved to avoid the bike rider near Dudu power house, ultimately leading to the collision with the stationary trolley. The victims were identified as Ashok Kabra (45) from Udaipur, Vikas Chandak (48), Nirmal Ranka from Nimbahera, and bike rider Mukesh Vaishnav from Keriya Khurd. Despite efforts to save him, Vaishnav succumbed to his injuries while being transported to Jaipur from Dudu district hospital.
Yadav further stated, “The bodies of all four victims have been transferred to the mortuary of Dudu CHC, with their respective families already informed of the tragic incident.” The aftermath of the accident saw the SUV sustaining severe damage, necessitating a collective effort by locals to extricate the trapped bodies from the wreckage.
