Suspect Apprehended

James Victor Hash Jr., a 20-year-old resident of Oceana, W.Va., has been taken into custody on charges of attempted murder, destruction of property, prohibited possession of a firearm, and brandishing a firearm. The arrest comes following a drive-by shooting
into a car on Tuesday and a subsequent shooting into an apartment building the following night. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in either incident.
