A man has been arrested for the murder of his brother in a tragic incident that took place on Sunday, April 14, on Indy’s near north side. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department announced Wednesday night that Datrone Anderson, 28, has been charged with the fatal shooting of his brother, Damon Anderson.

According to reports, officers responded to a call at around 11:15 p.m. in the 3700 block of Boulevard Place, where they found Damon suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Despite efforts to save him, Damon was pronounced dead at the scene.
