Law enforcement officials have identified the victim in an ongoing suspicious death investigation at a home in Framingham, Massachusetts. Officers responded to an anonymous 911 call from a residence on Fenwick Street around 6 p.m. on April 10, where they discovered a man dead inside with apparent trauma to his body.

Details of the Incident

The victim has been identified as Brooks Hood, a 27-year-old man from Bridgeport, Connecticut. Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Framingham Police Chief Lester Baker have confirmed his identity. The case has been referred to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, and a ruling on the cause and manner of Hood’s death is pending.

Following the discovery of Hood’s body, a search warrant was executed at the residence. It is currently unclear if any evidence was seized during the search. As of now, no arrests have been announced in connection with Hood’s death.
