A 4-year-old girl from metropolitan Adelaide is currently in stable condition in the hospital after being diagnosed with invasive meningococcal disease caused by serotype B.
Close Contacts Identified and Treated
SA Health has identified multiple individuals who have had contact with the patient, and 28 people are being directed to receive clearance antibiotics to prevent any further transmission of the disease.
