Accident – Death – Obituary News : The Office of the Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner has officially confirmed the identities of the two individuals discovered in Texas County earlier this week, as reported by the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation.

In a recent social media update, OSBI revealed that the deceased individuals have been identified as 27-year-old Veronica Butler and 39-year-old Jilian Kelley.

An update on April 14th at 8 p.m. revealed that the bodies of the two individuals were recovered from rural Texas County, with both being transported to the Medical Examiner’s Office for identification and cause of death determination. The investigation is still ongoing, according to OSBI.

On Saturday, four individuals were arrested for murder in connection to the disappearance of Veronica Butler and Jilian Kelley.

An investigation into the disappearance of the two women in Texas County last month led to the arrest of Tifany Adams, 54, Tad Cullum, 43, Cole Twombly, 50, and Cora Twombly, 44. All four are currently in Texas County jail facing charges of first-degree murder, two counts of kidnapping, and one count of conspiracy to commit murder in the first-degree.

The Texas County Sheriff’s Office sought assistance from OSBI on March 30th following the suspicious disappearance of Butler and Kelley. Their vehicle was found abandoned near Highway 95 and Road L, south of Elkhart, Kansas, with evidence of foul play discovered by agents.

At present, the whereabouts of Butler and Kelley remain unknown.
