Tragic Fire Claims Lives at New Lucky House in Jordan Road

Last Wednesday, a devastating fire broke out at New Lucky House on Jordan Road, Hong Kong, causing widespread destruction and loss of life. The No.3 alarm fire has left a community in mourning, with five individuals losing their lives and 40 others sustaining injuries.

Victims Identified

Among the deceased are three men and two women, whose identities have been confirmed by authorities. The victims include a 67-year-old man named Lai, a 70-year-old man named Tsang, and two Indonesian individuals aged 23 and 24. Additionally, a 56-year-old woman, believed to be of Filipino nationality, tragically lost her life in the fire.

Injuries and Hospitalization

The injured individuals, numbering 40 in total, have been rushed to various hospitals for treatment. One male patient at Elizabeth Hospital is currently in serious condition but showing signs of improvement. However, three female victims remain in critical condition, requiring intensive medical care.
