The incident took place in the evening, and the police have detained four people, including the girl’s friend, for questioning. The victim, identified as Aakriti Bhadauria, was a bright young student pursuing a Law degree at a private university in the city. She hailed from DD Nagar and lived with her mother and brother in Gwalior, while her father, Sanjay Singh Bhadauria, works as a security officer in the Union Home Ministry in Delhi. Aakriti’s close friend, Aadesh Sharma, who accompanied her to the fort, has also come under scrutiny in the ongoing investigation.
