Accident – Death – Obituary News : In a tragic incident that has left a family devastated, two brothers aged 19 and 17 were killed after the tractor-trolley in which they were sleeping outside a procurement centre was hit by a speeding truck in Vidisha district, Bhopal. The incident occurred just two weeks before the marriage of their sister, adding to the heartbreak of the family.

The brothers, identified as Ravi Kurmi and Krishnakant Kurmi, had brought masoor to sell at the procurement centre on Monday morning. However, their lives were cut short in the early hours of the morning when a truck collided with several vehicles, including the tractor-trolley they were sleeping in. The impact of the collision threw the teenagers off the trolley, resulting in their tragic deaths.

The accident took place on the Sagar-Bhopal highway near the government procurement centre under Tyonda police station. In addition to the brothers, four other farmers sustained severe injuries in the incident. According to sub-divisional officer of police, Manoj Kumar Mishra, the driver and cleaner of the truck managed to escape from the scene of the accident.

The deceased brothers leave behind grieving parents and a sister whose marriage was scheduled for April 28. The family is now left to cope with the loss of their beloved sons, just as they were preparing for a joyous occasion. A case has been registered in relation to the incident, as authorities work to determine the cause of the tragic accident.
