A 26-year-old man, Andre Gordon Jr., has been charged with a series of crimes after allegedly killing three people in Pennsylvania and fleeing to New Jersey. The incident took place on Saturday and resulted in a lengthy hunt for Gordon, who was eventually captured in Trenton.

Charges and Capture

Gordon faces charges including carjacking, possession of illegal weapons, and possession of stolen property in New Jersey. According to Levittown Now, he was apprehended in Trenton after evading police for several hours.

Violent Spree

As reported by CrimeOnline, Gordon is accused of a violent spree that began in Falls Township, Pennsylvania. He allegedly shot his stepmother and teenage sister before moving to another location and attacking the mother of his children.

After the third murder, Gordon carjacked a vehicle and fled to Trenton, where he briefly sought refuge in a home before being captured by law enforcement. The victims were identified as Karen Gordon, Kera Gordon, and Taylor Daniel.

Legal Proceedings

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office is preparing to bring charges against Gordon, including first- and second-degree murder, burglary, and assault. He will also face extradition to Pennsylvania to face additional charges.

Community Response

New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin expressed concern over the incident, highlighting the dangers of illegal firearms. Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo Onofri pledged to work with Pennsylvania authorities to ensure Gordon faces justice.
