In a disturbing turn of events, a suspect has been charged after female students at the University of Toronto were violated in their own residence. The incident occurred at the Wilson Hall Residence, located in the Spadina Avenue and Willcocks Street area of Toronto.

Details of the Incident

According to Toronto police, the suspect, identified as 19-year-old international student Shunnosuke Koshikawa, allegedly entered an all-female washroom in the university’s residence between January and March 2024. The female victims were in the process of changing and using the shower when they noticed a cell phone being held over the shower curtain by Koshikawa. It is believed that he was capturing images of the victims before fleeing the scene.

Suspect Apprehended

Following an investigation, Koshikawa was arrested and charged with voyeurism and mischief. However, it is important to note that these charges have not yet been tested in court.
