On March 13, the Dover Police Department received a distressing call that led officers to Pace Industries at 29 ½ Littleworth Road. What they found in the woodline adjacent to the business was a heartbreaking discovery – the lifeless body of a woman.

Chelsea, whose last known residence was in Ossipee, New Hampshire, had not been seen since January. Her disappearance had been reported to both the Dover and Ossipee Police Departments.
