The victim, identified as 50-year-old Bob Isaacs, was also a farmer residing in the Broughton district of Little London, Westmoreland.

According to reports, the attack took place around 11am while Isaacs was driving his blue Isuzu truck on the Broughton main road with a male passenger. Two assailants on a motorcycle approached the truck from the right side, with the pillion rider brandishing a firearm and firing shots at the occupants before fleeing the scene.

Isaacs was found slumped over the steering wheel of the vehicle when the police arrived. Both him and the passenger were rushed to the Savanna-la-Mar Public General Hospital, where Isaacs was pronounced dead. The passenger, whose identity has not been disclosed, remains in stable condition.
