Police believe that Kenji was taken by 30-year-old Miguel Montoya, who is described as having brown hair, brown eyes, standing at 5′ 6″ tall, and weighing around 130 pounds. Montoya was last seen wearing a black Dragon Ball Z cap, a leather jacket, and a blue shirt.

Vehicle Information

The pair is believed to be traveling in a 2020 gray Dodge Journey with a Texas license plate reading TKR0213.
