Two-year-old Kenji Montoya was last seen on the 11200 block of Kingfish Ct in El Paso at approximately 8:45 p.m. He was dressed in a Spiderman long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans and has brown hair and brown eyes.
Suspect Description
Police believe that Kenji was taken by 30-year-old Miguel Montoya, who is described as having brown hair, brown eyes, standing at 5′ 6″ tall, and weighing around 130 pounds. Montoya was last seen wearing a black Dragon Ball Z cap, a leather jacket, and a blue shirt.
Vehicle Information
The pair is believed to be traveling in a 2020 gray Dodge Journey with a Texas license plate reading TKR0213.
