Details of the Incident
The toddler in question is 2-year-old Kenji Montoya, who was last seen on the 11200 block of Kingfish Ct in El Paso on March 13 at around 8:45 p.m.
Kenji was last seen wearing a Spiderman long-sleeved shirt and blue jeans, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Police suspect that Kenji was taken by a 30-year-old man named Miguel Montoya, who has brown hair, brown eyes, is 5′ 6″ tall, and weighs approximately 130 pounds. Montoya was last seen wearing a black Dragon ball Z cap, leather jacket, and a blue shirt.
Vehicle Information
The pair is believed to be travelling in a 2020 gray Dodge Journey with a Texas license plate reading TKR0213.
