Accident – Death – Obituary News : In a tragic accident that shook the Indian community in the United States, Venkataramana Pittala, a 27-year-old student from Telangana, lost his life in a jet ski collision on Saturday, March 9. The incident took place at the Fury Playground near Wisteria Island, Florida, where Pittala was pursuing a Master’s Degree at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI).

The young student, hailing from the Kazipet district, tragically met his untimely demise in the watercraft accident. While Pittala lost his life in the collision, a 14-year-old boy who was also involved in the incident miraculously escaped unharmed. This heartbreaking turn of events has left the Indian community mourning yet another loss of a promising young individual.

The Ministry of External Affairs has not yet announced any plans for the repatriation of Pittala’s body back to India.
