Deadly Shooting Claims Life of Woman Outside Vegas Hookah Bar and Grill in SW Houston
On Wednesday, March 13, 2024, tragedy struck outside the Vegas Hookah Bar and Grill in Southwest Houston as 34-year-old Ruthie McNeese lost her life in a senseless act of violence.
The victim’s cousin, speaking to ABC13, described Ruthie as a caring and nurturing person who would do anything for anybody. The family is now not only mourning a devastating loss but also concerned about the well-being of Ruthie’s 15-year-old son, who she leaves behind.
“She was a caring, nurturing person. She would do anything for anybody,” the victim’s cousin told ABC13. The victim’s family is not only mourning a senseless loss but wants to make sure that her 15-year-old son, whom she leaves behind, will be taken care of.
