Most Wanted Fugitives in Nashville: Police Seek Public’s Help
In Nashville, the Metro Nashville Police Department is on the lookout for the city’s “Most Wanted” fugitives, some of whom have managed to evade capture for an extended period. The department regularly updates its “Top 10 Most Wanted” list, featuring individuals considered to be among the most violent offenders in the city.
Among the suspects on the current list, half are wanted for serious charges such as homicide, attempted homicide, or murder. The remaining individuals are accused of various crimes, including rape, child abuse, burglary, and aggravated assault.
One of the highlighted suspects is Aury Newsom, who has been indicted on multiple charges ranging from burglary to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Despite being on the run for over a year, efforts to locate him have been unsuccessful.
While the search for these fugitives continues, the “Most Wanted” list has proven instrumental in aiding the police in making several arrests. In the past two months alone, 11 suspects have been taken into custody, including Devon Guerrier, who was arrested for shooting and robbing a man who had sold him a gun.
The Top Most Wanted Fugitives
Lagarrion L. Blacksmith
Lagarrion Blacksmith, aged 34, is this week’s top most wanted fugitive. He is wanted in connection with a deadly shooting outside a bar on Dickerson Pike. The incident resulted in the death of a 35-year-old man and left another individual injured.
Raceme Crutcher
Raceme Crutcher, 21, has been sought since July 2023 for his involvement in a Fourth of July shooting at Fallbrook Apartments. The victim, Etabo Malanda, was fatally shot during the incident.
Kejuan Jordan-Cole
Kejuan Jordan-Cole, 21, is one of seven suspects in a Fourth of July shooting that claimed the life of Christopher L. Harris. The victim was shot by a group of young men on Buena Vista Pike.
Tyrone D. Walker
Tyrone Walker, 29, is wanted for first-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of Cecil Holmes Jr. in the Edgehill Homes parking lot.
Michael A. Yarlett
Michael Yarlett, 28, faces charges of aided and abetted rape from an incident in September 2022. He is one of two suspects involved in the case.
Elaura R. Settles
Elaura Settles, 29, has outstanding warrants for attempted homicide, felon in possession of a handgun, and other violent crimes. She was last seen in the Hermitage area.
Cameron J. Glenn
Cameron Glenn, 32, is wanted for aggravated assault, child abuse, and other charges following his involvement in domestic violence incidents. He was previously arrested but is now on the run again.
Aury T. Newsom
Aury Newsom, 24, has been indicted on multiple charges, including burglary and aggravated assault. He is wanted for a shooting incident that left his girlfriend injured.
Ricky C. Roach
Ricky Roach, 42, is sought for aggravated burglary and theft charges in Davidson County. He was previously involved in a high-profile manhunt in Cheatham County.
Joseph Cavaleri
Joseph Cavaleri, 39, is wanted for burglary and theft charges. He was last seen in the Central precinct and has multiple warrants pending against him.
