London Man Arrested for Stealing School Bus While Intoxicated

In a bizarre turn of events in London, a man was arrested after allegedly stealing a school bus while under the influence of alcohol. The incident took place on Middleground Way near South Laurel Road, where officers responded to a wrecked school bus and found a man dressed in all black fleeing the scene.

Arrest and Confession

The man, later identified as 26-year-old Benjamin Driscoll, was apprehended by authorities and admitted to stealing the bus from South Laurel High School after consuming Fireball whiskey. During a sobriety test, it was determined that Driscoll was indeed under the influence of alcohol, leading to his arrest without incident. He was subsequently booked into the Laurel County Detention Center.

Further investigation revealed that Driscoll had an outstanding warrant for his arrest in Indiana.
