In a tragic incident in Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur, two young men lost their lives while another is fighting for his life after being hit by a speeding car on Sunday night. The victims, identified as Moin and Aqeel, both in their twenties, were out for a walk after dinner when the black SUV driven by the accused, Surya Pratap, 31, struck them near the Ram Nagar intersection in the city.

The victims, who were neighbours, were enjoying a leisurely stroll when the horrific accident took place. The third victim, Tahir, is currently in critical condition and is receiving treatment at BRD Medical College. The Gorakhpur police swiftly apprehended the driver, Surya Pratap, and impounded the vehicle.
