Houston from Lakebay, Washington, was tragically killed in a fatal crash. The Kitsap County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the heartbreaking news on Monday.
The fatal collision took place when a van, carrying Houston and other passengers, was struck from behind. The impact of the crash led to the arrest of a 21-year-old driver, Baylijo Williams, who was behind the wheel of a Chevrolet Camaro at the time of the accident.
