Fort Worth police are reaching out to the public for assistance in an ongoing investigation into a tragic hit-and-run incident that claimed the life of 33-year-old Joseph Alexander Taylor Harris. The incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning at the intersection of Parkview Hills Lane and Brookstone Lane, less than a mile from Harris’s home.
