The State Highway Patrol reported that a wood chipper truck was making a turn when the motorcyclist attempted to pass it improperly, resulting in a collision with the truck. The impact caused the motorcyclist, identified as Jeffrey Robert Folks of Wilmington, to be ejected from his bike.
