Tragic Accident Claims Life of Motorcyclist in Canton

A devastating collision on Turner Street in Canton has left the community in shock as Travis Boivin, a 44-year-old resident of Leeds, tragically lost his life in a fatal motorcycle crash. The incident occurred on Route 108, where Boivin was driving his 2008 Harley Davidson and slowed down for a school bus ahead of him near 474 Turner St.

The heart-wrenching accident took place at approximately 5:12 p.m. when Boivin was struck from behind by a 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer 4-door sedan driven by Troy Kimball, a 30-year-old resident of Mexico. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, Boivin succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while Kimball miraculously escaped unharmed.
