Accident – Death – Obituary News : Lucknow: Dinesh Yadav, the 36-year-old principal of CD Yadav Inter College, was tragically shot dead at a wedding ceremony in Gonda in the early hours of Monday morning.
According to police reports, two assailants, identified as Ajay Verma and Raj Singh from Sishani village, entered the ceremony and specifically targeted Yadav, who was attending the event at his maternal uncle’s house. Eyewitnesses, including Yadav’s relatives, saw the suspects fleeing the scene after committing the heinous crime.
A complaint was filed by Yadav’s maternal uncle, leading the police to register a case of murder against the two individuals. Authorities are currently conducting raids to locate and apprehend the suspects.
Agnaram Yadav, a resident of Chandratti village, mentioned that Dinesh Kumar Yadav had come to attend a family wedding when the fatal attack occurred. Dinesh, who served as the principal of the inter college in Sishani village, was shot in the head by Ajay Verma and Raj Singh late Sunday night. Despite receiving immediate medical attention at CHC Gaur in Basti district, Dinesh ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
Superintendent of police in Gonda, Vineet Jaiswal, confirmed the registration of a case against the accused based on the complaint filed by the victim’s maternal uncle. One suspect is currently under interrogation, with efforts underway to capture the second suspect.
