A tragic incident unfolded in Clearwater, Florida, as a Safety Harbor teenager, Tyler Graham, is facing vehicular homicide charges following a fatal crash that occurred at the intersection of U.S. 19 and Seville Blvd in January. The Clearwater Police Department revealed that witnesses reported Graham, 19, was driving recklessly, speeding, and changing lanes when he collided with another vehicle, causing it to overturn.
