Undercover Prostitution Sting Leads to Arrest of Eight Men in Claremont
Authorities in Claremont recently conducted an undercover prostitution sting at a local motel, resulting in the arrest of eight men. The operation was a collaborative effort between local agencies and the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office Bureau of Investigation.
The raid took place at the Motel 6 on Indian Hill Boulevard near the 10 Freeway. According to the Claremont Police Department, the decision to conduct the sting was prompted by multiple complaints from residents, business owners, and passersby regarding prostitution in the area.
During the operation, six undercover officers posed as prostitutes and solicited individuals who were seeking to engage in commercial sexual acts. Upon being solicited, the suspects were arrested by additional undercover officers in the surrounding area.

The eight men who were arrested during the sting have been identified as:
- Gustavo Alvarado Quinones, 27, of San Bernardino
- Joseph Damond, 67, of Perris
- Christhian Oliverarojas, 31, of Upland
- Zezhou Long, 27, of Pleasanton
- Joshua Valle, 25, of Covina
- Yusef Malik Jeffries, Jr., 32, of Upland
- Richard Eduardo Garcia, 31, of Fontana
- Ruben Iniguez, 22, of Valencia
All eight men were booked and later released with a pending court appearance at Pomona Superior Court, according to authorities.
