PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A 53-year-old man is currently being sought after for his alleged involvement in a fatal shooting that occurred at a bar in the St. Johns neighborhood of Portland. The Portland Police Bureau has identified the suspect as Harold “Bob” Dulaney from Portland, who is wanted for second-degree murder following the death of 56-year-old Charles Hassel, also from Portland, who was found with a gunshot wound on February 5 at a bar on North Lombard Street.

A man was shot and killed at a bar in the St. Johns neighborhood Monday night, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

According to the Portland Police Bureau, Dulaney is currently considered to be armed and dangerous.

Harold “Bob” Dulaney:

A Caucasian male with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Standing at approximately 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighing around 260 pounds.

He is known to have a distinctive “hunched posture” and often uses a cane.

He was last seen wearing a black winter coat with gray accents on the shoulders.

Individuals who may have information regarding Dulaney’s whereabouts are urged to immediately contact emergency services at 911. Any details on his location, direction of travel if known, and a comprehensive description of his attire should be provided.
