In a recent development, the San Jose Police Department has announced the arrest of Miguel Vergara Perez, a 26-year-old resident of Rohnert Park, in connection with a 2018 shooting incident outside the popular La Victoria restaurant in South San Jose. The incident, which took place on August 9, 2018, left three people injured and sent shockwaves through the local community.

According to police reports, Vergara Perez was involved in a heated confrontation inside the restaurant with a man and a woman, captured on surveillance footage.
