In a heartbreaking incident in Arunachal Pradesh’s Kamle district, a family of five tragically lost their lives in a fatal road accident. The incident occurred on Tuesday when the vehicle they were traveling in veered off the road and plunged into a deep gorge near Daporijo town.
The victims, identified as Taniya Yudik (40), Tajun Nulk (24), Pakmar Paksok (21), Beto Marde (24), and Getor Pagmen (33), were all residents of Dumporijo in Arunachal’s Upper Subansiri district. The sole survivor, little Libo Paksok (4), is currently receiving medical treatment at Muri Mugli Hospital in Daporijo.
Details of the Tragic Incident
According to SP Kardak Riba, the accident took place between Godak and Bopi village under Raga police station. The vehicle, which was carrying six individuals, including the young child, met with the unfortunate accident. The bodies of the deceased have been recovered from the scene.
The tight-knit community of Dumporijo is in mourning following the devastating loss of these cherished family members. The close bond shared by the victims has left a deep void in the hearts of their loved ones and the entire neighbourhood.
